We don't care if a foulard is in constant demand or how quickly it sells. Our only concern is to offer you unique scarves. That's why they're individually numbered, like all precious things.
Are all our scarves unique?
They certainly are. Every model is unique: the colour, the fabric, the print.
We never repeat, exclusiveness is one of our main values. There's no other way to ensure that each foulard is a minor work of art and to guarantee you such high quality scarves. Limited-edition designer foulards.
How does your e-shop work?
It’s simple. Access the e-shop, choose the models you want and add them to your shopping trolley. You don’t need to register as a customer. We only ask for your details when the total purchase amount appears and you are about to start the online buying process.
How does the product reach me?
Montsita Negre looks after everything. How you receive your chosen model in your home is part of that commitment. This is why you’ll receive your purchase in elegant packaging.

How can I pay?
We only accept payment by credit card. You can pay for your on-line purchases with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express. All payments are made through your bank’s secure channel so we never handle your personal details.
How long does delivery take?
Purchases made at the Montsita Negre e-shop are sent to you by courier: the maximum delivery period is 3 working days, counted from the day after your order is finalised.
If there are any delays beyond Montsita Negre’s control, we will try to let you know and help to sort things out. So even if things go wrong, we are always there to help. For us, your satisfaction is what counts.
How can I find out what stage my order is at?
Montsita Negre always confirms your order. We also send you an email when the order leaves the warehouse giving the expected delivery date.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided you do so within 48 hours of confirmation. Once 48 hours have gone by, the order cannot be cancelled.
Can I return an item I’ve bought?
If when you receive your model you feel that it does not offer the features and qualities indicated on the website, you must follow these rules to return your item.

By law:
  • You have 7 days to exercise your right of return.
  • You must inform info@ montsitanegre.com of the reason for the return.
  • Returns are only accepted if they are received in the same condition as they were when despatched, in their original wrapping, and in a perfect state.
If the product is defective due to problems occuring during transport or manufacture:
  • You must inform Montsita Negre within 24 hours.
  • You must email photographs showing the defect to info@ montsitanegre.com.
  • We will collect the model within 5 working days. The customer must pay the cost of this collection.
  • After checking the defect we will return the amount of your purchase within a maximum of 30 working days.
  • If we consider that the model is not defective, we will offer you the chance to have it sent back to you again, with the delivery costs payable by you.
  • SIn the unlikely event of not reaching agreement, or if there is disagreement on the interpretation of or compliance with the particular conditions of purchase, this will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
